Our most important investment criteria in brief:

Investment segments
Purely residential or business properties as well as mixed properties with the following usages: residential, office space, retail, commerce and logistics, as well as residential forms including services.

Target regions
Switzerland: German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland in very good macro locations in the cantons of BL, FR, VD, LU, ZG. In Western Switzerland we concentrate mainly on the Lausanne and Geneva regions.

Germany/Austria: A, B and C cities with more than 100 000 inhabitants and good logistics locations in growth regions.

Location factors
Central locations in terms of accessibility (public transport), good infrastructure for the type of use, interesting business environment, and positive outlook for demographic development.

Investment volume
Switzerland: CHF 10–75 million with customary market cash flow returns (In exceptional cases sums less than CHF 10 million or greater than CHF 75 million are also possible).

Germany/Austria: EUR 10–50 million with customary market cash flow returns.

Forms of ownership
Our investments are preferentially made as sole owners, but also as co-owners in well-founded cases.

Building land
We prefer to purchase building land with approved projects.
