You can report changes to us directly in the online portal ProfondConnect.
Please report all the following changes to us as soon as possible:
- Name, marital status and address changes
- Wage and employment level changes
- A change of plan
- Wage interruptions (e.g. unpaid leave or a seasonal break)
- Early retirements
- Postponement of retirements
- Terminations
Please notify us of the changes directly in the ProfondConnect online portal. You will receive confirmation of the change immediately after the change has been made.
