Ordering a pension certificate by post for a fee
You have the option of ordering your pension certificate by post. The printing and dispatch of your pension certificate is subject to a charge, the amount of fifteen Swiss francs will be charged to you directly when you order it.

Questions and answers
With ProfondConnect you can view your pension certificate and other documents online. This saves paper, makes your data more secure and reduces costs. We have passed on the cost saving as of 1.1.2021 Since then, all insured persons have benefited from 25 per cent lower administration costs.
After a transitional period of two years, during which we continued to send you the pension certificate by post, we are now switching our correspondence entirely to ProfondConnect.
You only need to enter your SC no. (social insurance number, formerly your AHV number) and the other details in the form and complete the order. You will then receive your pension certificates for all of your plans in one mailing.
You are free to choose the e-mail address you use to access your account. If you do not have a mobile phone, you can send the activation code to your Swiss landline. The code will then be read to you on the phone.
The pension certificate is sent by identifying yourself with your SC no. (social insurance number, formerly your AHV number) and is sent to the insured person's address on file. This means that your employer or another person can also order the pension certificate for you and you will automatically receive it at your address.
