Important information about the registration process

In order to be able to use ProfondConnect, you need to register first. You have received an activation letter with your personal code for this purpose.

In order to offer the greatest possible security, ProfondConnect works with 2-factor authentication, as is used for on-line banking. You must, therefore, also provide a mobile phone number in the registration process.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open pc.profond.ch.
  2. Click on “Register” below.
  3. Enter your e-mail address, your desired password and your name and click on “Register”.
  4. You will receive an e-mail with the subject line “Verify email”.
  5. If you do not receive the e-mail within 5 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder
    Call us if you do not have an e-mail there. We will be happy to help you.
  6. Enter your telephone number and click on “Get SMS Code”.
  7. You will receive a six-digit SMS code.
  8. Please enter this in the field provided and select “Submit”.
    If you have not received a code, you can have it sent to you again using “Resend Code”. If you do not receive the code within 5 minutes, please call us.
  9. Click on “Add portal access”.
  10. Enter the personal code shown in your letter and click “Continue”.
  11. Accept the Terms of Use and click “Continue”.
  12. You can now log into the portal.
